Phyllis Wilcoxson
Phyllis Wilcoxson, formerly a realtor and broker with CW Real Estate & Auction in Horse Cave, has opened her own office. “I received my license as an agent in January of 2007 and soon realized that I absolutely love working with real estate. Over the years, I have worked with some great brokers - Jerry Dile, Todd Fisher and Joe Choate,” explains Phyllis. In March of 2014, Phyllis received her Broker's license from the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. After much encouragement from friends and family, on June 3, 2015, she took the giant step of starting her own real estate company located at 422 New Street in Horse Cave. She is joined in the office by Ray Wilcoxson.

Phyllis and I work together as a real estate team. Together we have 5 children and 10 grandchildren which are such an important part of our lives. I am a realtor and also apprentice auctioneer. I love meeting all the people and making new friends. I do not like all the paperwork so I prefer to let Phyllis handle that aspect. I am also an H2A farm labor contractor and work with farmers to obtain legal foreign labor to help with their crops. We love our real estate work and hope that you will give us an opportunity to meet with you and meet your real estate needs.
Jo Ann Lynn
Jo Ann Lynn started her career in real estate by getting her license in 1993. She went on to obtain her broker's license in 2000. She joined American Freedom Realty, Inc., January 2017 with all her expertise and many contacts over the years.
